Place of Origin: Morenci Mine in southeastern Arizona’s Greenlee County
Color: Rich and deep blues and greens, sometimes so deep it almost looks like lapis lazuli, with a rare matrix of heavy and irregular iron pyrite (also known as fool’s gold), occasionally mixed with water webbing.
